Due to the personal nature of skincare and bath products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we are happy to help.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Orders may only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
